I received a white envelope in the mail yesterday.  It was from a "reward center" in Texas.

I almost placed it in the recycling bin.
I opened it anyway.

The envelope contained a prepaid debit card for the electric utility consumers' settlement.

Did you open this envelope or did you throw it away?
