Really Inconsiderate

I was driving west on New Road this morning.  New Road is one lane in each direction.  I soon came upon a mail truck making deliveries to curbside mailboxes.   A car heading in the opposite direction was parked next to the mail truck.  Traffic was now beginning to stack up behind the mail truck and the car.

After about 30 seconds, I discovered what the problem was.  A woman had gotten out of her car to acquire mail from the curb side of the mail truck.
