LISA A. ANTONINI gives thanks to the Black voters? Lisa you would have won anyway! "ANTONINI vs. SHULTZ"

Research shows that incumbent office holders can expect to win their re-elections nearly 98% of the time. So Antonini would have won her election without giving any specific attention towards attracting the Black vote. Her opponent JOHN F. SHULTZ had a good message [Property Tax lien Sales] that could have defeated her; however Shultz had no idea of how to get that message to the voters. Shultz only chose to rant about Tax lien Sales on the local radio talk shows. This tactic by Shultz was a waste of time because these radio talk shows do not reach the impartial voters that he needed to reach.

LISA A. ANTONINI ran a good campaign and when she was confronted by the poorly understood issue of Property Tax Lien Sales, she down played it by highlighting John F. Shultz's lack of knowledge on this county process.

Black voters are just like all other voters, they misunderstand issues but also they need to be addressed during the political campaign in the very same fashion as the other local voters are addressed. There is no special mode or form of political campaigning to attract the Black Voters...just don't ignore any voters in your district.
