Thanks to my old friend Clingen Jackson, I had the opportunity to meet Senator Kennedy in person when he was here in his ill fated run for President (Kennedy's that is) and you bet I'm not kidding.

Sure he has his faults, but don't we all?

The paper didn't say that the Obama meetig would be open to the public, so I don't know, but for my view on Senator Obama see my editorial at http://farrell-report.tripod.com home page.

All I can say is summed up there.

The way I understand it, the Obama event at the Chevy Centre is an organizational meeting in one of the conference rooms, not an open public rally.

Great news ... Hillary will be here tomorrow morning and this evening at 7:00 there will be an Obama Ohio Kick Off at the Chevy Center tonight at 7:30, and my hero Senator Ted Kennedy will be here early next week.

Clinton said that she wants to debate Obama here in Youngstown, but you can chalk that up to spin on her part ... "I would like to challange Sen. Obama to meet me in Youngstown. Let's have a debate about the issues that are important to the people of that area of Ohio and the entire state."

Would you like to see am Obama - Clinton debate here in Youngstown? You bet I would!

Let it be held at the Chevy Center with CNN's Wolf Blitzer moderating it.

Obama would clinch Ohio in such a debate.
