Its an obvious conflict of interest.  What if she is called upon to vote on a law that would result in a change to her department?  Would she be able to vote rationally, or would her judgement be clouded by her own self interest?

What if votes on the house floor in Columbus are scheduled at the same time as she is needed to fulfill job obligations at YSU?  So YSU would have to pay someone who isn't available when needed? 

But this is par for the course for these liberal leeches.  They don't think the rules should apply to them.  They are "special".
