A Problem With Some Day Pass Users

The WRTA has been having a problem with some purchasers of Day Passes.  Some people start feeding their money into the computerized fare boxes without telling the driver before hand that they need a Day Pass.  The system is designed for the driver to punch in the Day Pass code before the money is fed into the fare box.  Not following the proper procedure causes delays if bus passes have to be voided and reissued.
