All unions are asking for is the right to ask.......

SB 5 will no longer allow for unions to ask.......

Do you understand that, Sarge?????

Dennis, maybe you should enroll in a reading comprehension course.

Credit has been given to the Unions for the good that they did. But their day is over. They cannot continue to ask for what we don't have to give. Why is this so difficult to understand.

We the people have 5 apples we cannot give you 6 of them....

See how simple it is?

unions made America's middle class....gave us decent wages, and fair and safe working conditions.....

go back and read a history book on the labor movement Ricky......learn something for a change.....

In this case the union protected the workers from the hazards of waking up at 6 am every weekday to go to work!

unions protect workers when management won't........

we are returning to a Gilded Age in America.......

this is not good for America or Ohio.....

Oh the number of stories of union caused shutdowns are rampant.  Who hasn't heard a story of a union refusing to give in, achieving a "victory" after a long battle and/or strike, only to have the plant shut down shortly thereafter.

Remember CALEX?  They could have survived the upswing in natural gas prices if the strike had not weakened them so.

Unions did a lot of great things for the country, and even the world. But they overstepped themselves. I believe I read where only 9% of the country's workforce is in a Union now. They are the vast minority, and there is a reason for it. They have out lived their usefulness to the people. How long ago was it that a union shut down a local Hospital? They claimed that they won, and the community and their fellow workers lost.....

Union members sure seem to enjoy the company of that giant rodent, they bring him along almost anywhere they gather.

Representatives of many valley unions were in downtown Youngstown this afternoon to protest the Warren-Youngstown Regional Chamber of Commerce's support of Ohio Senate Bill 5.

This rat was provided by the Building Trades Council.  Youngstown city council candidate Mike Rapovy is at the front left side.
