These are the council candidates I observed working in downtown Youngstown during Saturday's StreetScape flower planting.

Maybe there are some, like myself, who work on Saturdays. Not all are employed Monday through Friday.
Seemed to be a nice turnout.
StreetScape plantings were also undertaken in the city's gateways. Some candidates may have volunteered at these remote areas and may have not traveled back to downtown Youngstown for the luncheon. Never miss an opportunity to work your job....the city needs the income tax. LOL
