Volunteers from the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood have set Sunday, April 23, as maple syrup bottling day.  Volunteers will perform the final filtering on that day.  Bottles of 2017 maple syrup will go on sale the following week.

How much will a bottle cost? I sure would like to sit down to a plate of pancakes, sausage, an egg, toast, coffee and a glass of orange juice. with the pancakes dripping in real maple syrup instead of that fake stuff you get at the store.

Rocky Ridge Neighborhood volunteers will start the maple syrup bottling process at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 23.
