Perhaps this pedestrian was a wandering diner looking for a table outside one of the downtown eateries......

Any more detail about this story? Checked the local news websites and didn't find anything about it.

the story i heard that the ped was anti fracker voice and a critic of ytown government that the mayor and council had a city employee dressed a civilian driving a white caddy. the ce said in his story that he did not see the ped walking across commerce onto phelps when he was backing up from the corner of phelps onto commerce he did not see the ped walking due to his blindd spot in his whte caddy in which a red truck blocked the view from the ce. the mayor later in the afternoon fired the ce because he did not do his due deligence on his project that the mayor and council set forth for him to do as a part of his job description. it was later said j mcnally, m scitno, and l anontini were lurking around the corner with big smirky grins on their faces due to the fact this ped was no frd of theirs. the ped is looking into hiring outside counsel to rep him in a lawsuit ag the city.
