I've been hearing a motor running somewhere in my neighborhood for about 20 minutes.

I finally decided to step outside to see where the sound was originating.

It's a neighbor on the next block cutting grass with a riding mower.  There were no lights on the riding mower. 

To see, he was using the home's front porch lights.
