City Council Candidates Needed For The East Side's Second Ward

I think I want to run for City Council.

I should be allowed just like any city service position that doesn't have to live in the city.

The two current ones gave lame excuses not to run. They don't want to make hard core financial decisions concerning the health of the city.

Candidates are needed to run for the second ward city council seat on the east side of Youngstown.  The current councilman is not running for that office again.
