Title: Schools Are Closed. It's Too Cold Today

It's 5 degrees outside and the wind chill is 12 below.  Many schools in the Youngstown area are closed for today.

My cousin--who grew up in NE Ohio, but teaches in South Carolina--asks a similar question whenever they cancel school after getting a quarter inch of snow.
