     have been assured by Mr.  McKinney that all fluorescent  lites are very energy efficient.  I cannot answer whether the others ate the mini fluorescent bulbs. I will check

John, I'm curious, given the large number of lights in City Council chambers, is the city using those new fangle light bulbs, or regular light bulbs?
