once again McKinney used his knee surgery as an excuse not to attend a public town hall meeting concerning questions about his role in housing and demolition. why is he hiding behind a bum knee from his duties as dept. head of housing and demolition when it comes to confront questions from the ytown residents about blight? sasho had to step-up to the plate and do Shawn McKinney's job, it wasn't the first time sasho had to step-up to the plate when McKinney was afraid to do his job.
