Last night, they had a sign out front that said they would be open today.  I didn't catch the hours.  I thought they might have the sign out this morning, but they didn't yet.  I'm fairly sure they will be open for lunch, though.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

they aren't supposed to open until late this week. ???

According to today's newspaper, the Rosetta Stone Cafe will open on Monday, January 7.  The restaurant is located at 110 Federal Plaza West.
