the said people mentioned should had abstain from voting to avoid conflict of interests accusations.

You seem to either have a vendetta against them personally or are really into conspiracy theories. Sometimes people in companies volunteer. Not a shocking thing. The INPLACE grant was specifically for downtown. NYO has downtown properties. So there was no way for there to not be a conflict of interest. If NYO had zero involvement in the process, that money would still be benefitting downtown, and NYO.

Ok, let's talk about the YNDC.

- NYO Property Group has donated money to YNDC.
- David Tamulonis worked for YNDC before working for NYO.
- Dominic Jr. Worked for YNDC
- Speaking of Dominic Jr., I heard a rumor he took a position at YSU to possibly help NYO Property Group grow from the outside. "The Wedge at Hazel Hill" definitely sounds like it directly benefits NYO Property Group. NYO Property Group is seeking to avoid paying education taxes on their hotel. Isn't there a conflict with Dominic Jr. working in education at YSU?

NYO Property Group only cares about NYO Property Group. If they actually cared for Youngstown as much as they claim they do, why does Dominic Sr. still live in Poland?

Nicholas Serra

Sounds like they just have a good group of people. You're failing to mention all the other people. Council members. YNDC. etc etc

jay

It's sounds like a conflict of interest to me.

Wow, can anyone say CONFLICT OF INTEREST?

- 2 NYO Property Group current/former employees are on the panel: Dominic Marchionda and Nick Chretian.

- Mahoning Avenue Archway team member David Tamulonis (NYO Property Group employee).

- The Wedge at Hazel Hill team member Sarah DelliQuadri (NYO Property Group employee) AND this project so happens to be the space between YSU and Erie Terminal (a NYO Property Group building). Coincidence?
