Two more NYPD officers shot ... fortunately not killed, no thanks to the New York Mayor and his pal Sharpton. That brings the number up to 4 KILLED and 2 WOUNDED. I suspect that Sharpton, the Mayor and the Mayors wife are dancing a victory dance.

I respect anyone who pins on that badge every day. It's called courage and service. And yeah they're human they may make a mistake or just have a bad day. But they risk their life every day too. Anyone care to volunteer?

I have had only one not-so-good experience with the YPD.  Otherwise, it's been all good, and they have been very helpful any and every time I have needed them.

This department has my utmost respect and gratitude.

I know some great individuals who are good cops...but more and more you see and hear stories about the bad ones....which leads people to chant "Hands up...don't shoot"....

Agreed. Judging from everything I've heard about that department over the years, none of it has been positive, especially the way they treat people who do not live in Poland.

I can not support Police Township Officer Jeff Lewis on his insensitive, unkind, and callous treatment towards my wife and son last week on their way to the emergency room.
He gives cops a bad name.
