There are or have been 5 bus routes that cover the Northside of Youngstown and a small part of Trumbull county. WRTA should become a Regional system, not only buses to cover Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties. Uses the small buses for circulator routes. The exception is Belmont. The small buses are easier to get into the neighborhoods. The Big buses are harder to maneuver on small streets. They are big and noisy. Many possible routings or even Flex route.
1.  Belmont is the main line for the Northside. It is the main connection with other WRTA routes at Federal Station, or Walmart.
2.  Elm-Logan(together) Two way coverage because it works with Logan-Elm. Pattern example: Out as Elm(Wick side of YSU),Northside Medical Center area,Goodwill. Use Belmont to Walmart. Then it becomes an Inbound Logan. Should talk to Gasser chair to see if bus can get closer to their entrance. Look at discount bulk rates on passes for workers. At Federal Station, Out as Logan. Uses Andrews Ave.(small shops and businesses) At Walmart,it becomes an Inbound Elm.
3.  Logan-Elm(together) Opposite of above.
4.  Moisier(Renamed Brier Hill)-Fifth. Moisier doesn't mean anything now. Brier Hill is an Historic area. It should be better served. Calvin and Victoria are main streets during festival time. Use Trumbull Ave. to Walmart. An outbound Brier Hill becomes an Inbound Fifth. Many possible routings for Goleta-Bradly-Northside Medical rear-Colonial areas.
The DayPass can help people  use the buses to go to Walmart, Northside Medical areas for work or shopping.
5. Fifth-Brier Hill Opposite as above.
Notes: "Route becomes" must be printed on schedules. Color coded routes and maps. Maybe one schedule for the Northside. Make it easy for new passengers or visitors.
