Laying of the Roses


Laying of the Roses is an annual event on the square at Youngstowns Vietnam Veterans Wall. It is sponsored by the Vietnam Veterans Association.

This year the ceremony will be held on 4 November at 1 PM...

The names of all the troops the valley lost in Vietnam will be read and a rose place at the wall by a family member or a Veteran.
