Title: Woodside Lake In Austintown
Post by: jay on October 31, 2020, 06:07:27 AM
The dam at Woodside Lake in Austintown is being demolished to eliminate a safety issue.  When removed, the surrounding property owners will no longer have lakefront property but will have yards leading down to a creek.

It's too bad that the owner of the dam would not repair it.

I sure hope something could be done to restore the dam.

A new problem for the neighbors

The contractor clearing the land just left piles of trees and brush and does not appear to be coming back to remove the them.
