Christmas Lights On Central Square

The crew of 3 or 4 were still working on the lights this afternoon.

This has got to be an expensive light installation.

So are these city workers doing the work? I saw Edison Lighting company trucks there.....does the city pay Edison for the display and labor? Where oh where is our former South Side activist who could ask these tough questions?
