Skateboards And Hoverboards

They don't enforce the skate board and roller blade rules.  I have seen the hover board several times and he is generally pretty courteous while on it.  I am surprised that security lets him to ride it in the food court and other areas of 20 West Federal.

I know skateboards and roller blades are not to be used in downtown Youngstown.  Today, I saw a man riding a hover board on the sidewalk along West Federal Street.

Are hover boards allowed?
