She has been traveling back and forth to take care of her brother plus the fact that she's not in the best of health herself. She had to give up her tropical fish business so she doesn't have much income coming in.

May I ask why she is moving?

Towntalk

It is very well maintained. The lady that owns it is a really great neighbor. We'll all miss her when she moves.

I drove by there on my way home this morning.  It looks like a well maintained property.

That must be what was "Lucy's Tropical Fish". We used to go there almost every week when I was a kid. Dad had over 300 Gallons of aquariums at home...

There is a house for sale up the street from me in good condition with a 2 car garage, a small storage building and a third small brick building that was used as a tropical fish store. Its going for $25,000.00. It is currently occupied by the owner so there is no vandalism and is well maintained. It is across the street from a grocery store and a WRTA bus stop.
