I wish I'd gone to JRS more.  The food was always good, and I like saying hi to the cashier. ;)
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

JUNIORS was owned by the folks that owned Rosetta Stone and pulled the same trick at both places according to 33 News tonight.

"Last week, he closed Juniors next door and never informed those employees until the next day after we unloaded everything in that building," Weidner said.

Was this the same as JRS?

Acclaimed Downtown Eatery Closes

http://www.vindy.com/news/2010/aug/27/by-grace-wyler/

Jim Cossler from the Incubator thinks new restaurants outpaced employment in downtown.  I agree with him.  More small business may be moving downtown but they can't replace the large businesses that are leaving.  Agency on Aging and Stifel Nicolaus(fka Butler Wick) have left since Rosestta Stone opened.

Its official, the Rosetta Stone officially closed at 9:00 this evening.

One of Youngstown's most popular downtown restaurants has served its last meal.Someone answering the phone at Rosetta Stone Cafe and Wine Bar Thursday evening confirmed the restaurant was permanently closed as of about 9 p.m. We were unable to contact the owners to find out why.       Business appeared to be good. The restaurant featured live music and spotlighted a local artist every month.     A new nightclub called The Vault was being planned for the basement, and earlier this year Rosetta Stone owners took over the Chapters Cafe on the ground floor of the Poland Public Library. The manager of the nearby Lemon Grove expects an increase in his business.      "I don't think that it's a bad thing for downtown," said Simon Kenneally, Lemon Grove's general manager. "Not to say that we're not going to miss them if they do close. But I think there's still enough establishments down here to take care of everybody's needs."The Rosetta Stone opened about the same time as the Covelli Center -- in 2005.
