Drive past the Burger King on Mahoning Avenue at S. Meridian.  The square BK sign on the pole on the corner is a disgrace.   Three of the side panels are missing and the fourth panel has a large hole in it.

How many members of the Youngstown city administration pass this sign every day but do not report it to the proper department?
