How many Cobalts are in the City of Youngstown's car fleet?

Towntalk

Actually no, I try not to judge folks.

Weren't some local car dealers selling brand new cobalts for under $10,000?
I'd definitely get one if I could get a $4,500 credit for my clunker.

Towntalk, ever wonder why I'm always so cranky with my posts?

It's because my car has no air AND all the windows are stuck shut!  :(

What good will this do?  I believe the vouchers is for a new vehicle only.  If you are driving a clunker around that probably means that you can't afford a new car.   I drive what you may call clunkers.  Even with $4,500 I still would not have the money to buy a new car, nor would I want to when I can keep driving $2,000 vehicles.  When scrap was high I bought an F-150, drove it for a year then scrapped it and got $800 for it from Cleveland Auto Wrecking, the exact same amount that I bought the truck for.  Now thats better than a $4,500 rebate from the Feds anyday!
