High Winds And Those New Trash Carts

It happened again!  The high winds yesterday blew over many of those new trash carts.  In some cases, the trash spilled out and was blown all around the neighborhood.

Windy Day Observation

Many of those new city trash carts have been blown over by the high winds today.  I guess the trash collection driver will have to place the trash cart upright before he can use the truck's mechanical arm to lift and dump the cart.
