There were two cars in the lot late this morning.  One looked as though it belonged to the police department.

The parking lot in question is just west of Roberto's Restaurant.  It's where the Cress Building had been located.

Go to downtown Youngstown today and look at the new parking lot designated for customers of the Water Department.  Is this parking lot even being used?  Report your observations.
