I see the puppet master is pulling the strings behind the scenes.

Council kicked the Whistle Blower legislation down the road at Council meeting today ... 1-21-2015.

That they did Jay. That they did. Most of the voters had no clue unfortunately.

The voters had a chance to vote out the city hall bully and they didn't do it.   :o :o

A tip of the derby to the Mayor, but a good question has been raised ... Who in city government can you trust since so many of the people are related to each other in one way or the other.

So City Council is considering a Whistle Blower policy as well as a Anti Bullying Policy.  Kudos to Mayor McNally! This is a long time coming. McNally is quietly accomplishing amazing things in office without chest thumping and running to the Vindicator every time he does something. He is a true leader. He walks the line of running City Hall and acting as the City's CEO to a tee!

The question is, will the Whistle Blower Policy and the Ant Bullying Policies apply to City Council? More specifically the current Council President? Could get interesting.
