In my travels around the town, I see some interesting things.  On one street, a gentleman mounted an old ceiling fan blade on a short pole in his yard.  The home made wind spinner is turning almost everytime I pass by.  It just makes me wonder if it is possible to build a ground based wind turbine that would generate a small amout of electrical power.
