The flash tag icon (http://www.ytownpc.com/forumimages//flash.gif) allows you to insert a flash or shockwave file into the post.
For example, I have a file on my server called MVBBS.swf and I want to put it in the document so I click on the flash icon and the flash /flash tags pop up. I can enter the size of my flash image into the tag as well as the URL to the Flash image.
The result is shown below...
http://www.youngstownfire.com/MVBBS.swf
The URL is http://www.youngstownfire.com/MVBBS.swf
It's pretty much the same as adding an image using the image icon.
