I recently witnessed a YNDC grass crew cutting the yard of a house where the owner cut the grass a few days earlier. Has anyone else seen this happen in your neighborhood?
I personally have not witnessed this, but the exact issue was brought up at a SS bw meeting. Apparently YNDC grass cutting crew was cutting and charging the owner even though the grass was cut by the owner and was not even high. Sounds like that crew might need someone to check the lot(s) before sending out the crew...
Happened to me on a property. Grass cutting review board nullified it for me.
