I realize it's not a done deal yet, but it's great to see another forward-looking project in the planning phase.  This will be a nice complement to the nearby ongoing projects involving the Federal, Wells, and Paramount.

Will the city ever put an emphasis on maintaining the roads and infrastructure that they are supposed to be caring for, or have they simply become a venture capital firm?  My god people, take care of your core responsibilities before giving away taxpayer money to these projects that only benefit select groups of people.

???  I think $5000 is a good investment by the city for this kind of project.
