Mahoning County Junior Fair breaks world record

A world record was set at the Canfield Fair today. The Mahoning County Junior Fair hosted the world's largest goat parade. John James, The Head of the Jr. Goat Committee, says that world record book didn't even have a standard for the worlds largest goat parade so Guinness set up a few requirements.
