they were involved in home bldg. there was no scandled in that project. do you know any problems with that adventure?

What are the details of the houses they built with bank tax credits, all over Youngstown?  These houses if the numbers were looked at, would reveal substantial cash infusion beyond the parameters of prudent real estate investment relative to comparables in the neighborhood built in.
