This was a pretty good meeting.
The 78-page Upper West Side Neighborhood Action Plan was distributed.
Several people in attendance signed up to be on the Neighborhood Action Team for this section of the west side.
One homeowner mentioned that his security camera contains video of someone breaking into a neighbor's car. The homeowner noted that the criminal knew to commit this crime while a shift change was taking place at the Youngstown Police Department.
