On New Years Eve, the city official living closest to the epicenter of the 4.0 earthquake was the fourth ward councilman.

Today the tanker truck fuel spill affected the councilman's neighborhood again.  His next door neighbor's basement caught on fire and the entire block had to be evacuated.
