John R Swierz (https://www.facebook.com/john.swierz?fref=gc&dti=105217326248091) While most people chose not to attend tonight's 7WCC Community Bon Fire it certainly was a missed opportunity for those residents to support community activities. The weather turned out to be dry and the temperature was okay with the huge bon fire. The 7th Ward Citizen's Coalition will continue to host events that are meant to engage and inform the citizens of the Ward and city. There's an old saying " you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink it ". Our coalition will continue to do good things for our community hoping that our residents join us.

the weather was the deciding factor for me. I decided to go to the playhouse for their Halloween play where it was warm and dry inside.
