At the Casa there is a $3.00 surcharge with any lettuce order...

I went to a local restaurant for lunch today.  There was a bulletin board in the lobby.  On the bulletin board was this statement.
If you want lettuce on your sandwich, there will be a 35 cent upcharge due to the high price of lettuce.
