What's up with all the power outages this year? This morning it is Austintown and Youngstown....Why is there an outage somewhere like every 2 weeks? If not the west side it's downtown Youngstown, Niles-Girard, or Struthers....Is our grid too damn old? Does it need upgraded? Can anyone hold First Energy accountable? This is getting old real fast...
