Many Mahoning Valley TV stations reported today on a lettuce shortage in California causing higher lettuce prices for local stores and restaurants.

We could and should grow our lettuce in this area of Ohio.

Watch this video.  Varieties of lettuce are grown in nearby Burton, Ohio.
