Now Hiring On Mahoning Avenue

I saw a similar sign two months ago at the newly built Rally's in Niles. Last weekend around noon the building that looks to be completely finished wasn't open. I could see a brand new parking lot and some tables with umbrellas but they were all empty.

It sure seems that NOBODY wants to work anywhere.

There are several signs in front of the reconstructed Bottom Dollar store stating that they a Now Hiring.
