If it was on the sidewalk it could be hopscotch. I believe "iwasthere" has been seen around town playing the game by himself.. Apparently he fancies himself as the "Hopscotch King of the YO....

I've noticed a new type of graffiti in Youngstown.   Someone is using various colors of chalk.  I guess the chalk can easily be washed off as needed.
