Police Spy Cameras Downtown

[Why?Town]

I believe it is a fact that there is little to no crime downtown. heck even back in the 80s and early 90s there wasn't much going on there at all.

What is the real purpose of these cameras?

I think these cameras will be great! not only will they ensure an added sense of safety to those who still believe that Downtown is dangerous but the will also show that there is very little crime Downtown.
