The vision comes true in rural Mahoning county.  Despite the uneducated City's rejection of urban aquaculture on an industrial level, the educated productive people of the Townships in Mahoning county retain our experience as consultants to advise in the construction of aquaculture facilities to cultivate the raising of prawns.  The truth expands and landowners now are rushing to reinvest their oil money back into the land they respect, instead of dumping as the residents of Youngstown practice.
Three shrimp ponds have just been completed in Ellsworth and 18 acres in North Lima is being designed for a large aquaculture facility.  Just think all this started in Youngstown even though the low IQ City leaders continue to lead Youngstown as the poorest City in the Country.
