Chaney Collectible or Not

I came across a red plastic pennant about 3.5 inches long with the word Cowboys printed in gray on the front.  A red ribbon and a gray ribbon containing the words City Champs extend from the bottom of the pennant. A small gold colored football is attached to the pennant at the lower front.  I hope to attach a photo of this item soon.

Does anyone know in which year this item may have been given to Chaney students in recognition of winning a city football championship?
