There are a few places in the fifth ward where tree limbs/leaves are blocking the view of stop signs.
As for the Mahoning Avenue Bridge, winter snow plows push the snow onto the same bridge sidewalk. I've mentioned this before.
You would think that city police patrol cars see these things every days but do the patrolmen ever say anything?
