Someone was walking the west side today collecting signatures for the Youngstown charter amendment.

What are they concerned about?  Which charter amendment?

How many signatures are needed on an initiative petition anyway?  Is it 3% if the residents, registered voters or those who actually voted in the last election?  There's no way anybody is going to get enough signatures in this cold weather.

Why waste your time?  It would clearly be struck down as a violation of State law.   But this is what liberals do best.  Focus on stuff that feels good but doesn't make a dime's worth of difference.
