Somebody got the message.

Today I noticed that most of the trash on the freeway ramp had been picked up and bagged.  Unfortunately the trash bags were still on the side of the rap.

I am more upset with the inconsiderate people that keep throwing the trash along the side of the road and in Mill Creek park.

I drove onto 680 yesterday using the Oakwood Avenue entrance ramp just east of Belle Vista.  The ramp was filthy.  Litter and debris were on both sides of the ramp.

Where is the city's litter control program?
